The Gurjers, blocked several national highways and rail links in Rajasthan, and made the demand for community be given Schedule Tribe status in the state, which was opposed by the Meena community. The agitation spilled out of Rajasthan to other north Indian states, including the national capital where a 'Delhi Bandh' called by Gurjers on Monday, June 4, left the outskirts of the city paralyzed due to violent clashes.
The agitation was finally called off in June after the Gurjers and Rajasthan government agreed to set up a high-power committee headed by a retired High Court judge to examine their demand for Scheduled Tribe status. the duration of panel was extended 3 months ago, followed by jail bharo andolan,which was again settled by Govt taking in the confidence The gurjar leader Col bainsla now let us see what happens on next moment

If the Negative (not in Favor) Report comes Will then the Gurjers leave the issue?
It is not possible. The Gurjers have lost 24 lives on this issue they can be silent till report, after that the anti BJP Campaign at all India basis may cause unexpected loss of votes to the party, Hence The Bhartiya janata party which is Hindu based party can not annoy all India Gurjers Which are 10% of Indian population more

The Judgment of Gurjar reservation on 15 December
Danik navjyoti news 11, December Jaipur according to The President of Chopra committee, Justice Jasraj Chopra will handover the report to Government of Rajasthan on due time in closed envelope in presence of committee members.
The final decision about the ability of gurjers to the ST status will be prepared within two days and they will not demand for further extension of panel.
The Chopra committee was constituted 5 Months before to seek in the matter of Ability of gurjars to the ST status,after agitation of community and it was extended for 3 months in month of September.

Chakka jam in eastern Rajasthan if letter not sent
Hindaun city 11 December the vice president of gurjar reservation Sangharsh Samiti Mr Bijendra Singh has declared that there will be Chakka jam (road block)in eastern Rajasthan if letter supporting reservation to ST status of gurjars not sent to central government on 15 December

The meena Mahapanchayat was organized on 9,December near Jaipur in village Paldi meena and due to pressure of BJP govt not even single BJP MLAof Meena community, participated in Janjati Arkshan Bachao Sangharsh Samiti Rally, organized above.
The samiti was angry to the leaders and warned the leaders, that they will not allow the leaders to enter in related political area, if they not helped in the dismissal of Chopra commissions by giving the resignation to Govt .The samiti passed a resolution if letter sent the leaders will resign from Govt immediately failing this they will boycotted.

Panchana Dame Water Conflict
12 December.Rajasthan, The panchana (karauli) Dame Water conflict is still continued the farmers of affected area are on mahaparav at Panchana dame and demanding for irrigation water by lift canal. The agitation was started on 22nd of November by the farmers of nearby 40 villages of Panchana Dame (mostly Gurjar villages).The Panchana Sanghrash samiti Gudala (Gurjers) on negotiation with Govt representative Ram pal Jat Denied to compromise on this issue until work for lift canal being started. The farmers of 40 villages of Gurjers which are in surrounding area of panchana dame are now struggling for Water crisis as water is not made available to them and are deprived of their right, In the Past the irrigation water was provided only to remote the villages of Meenas which are in the command area of panchana dame .
The nearby 40 villages had started Mahapadaav and stopped the water supply to Remote villages of Meenas until their water crisis for irrigation purpose is solved, by the Govt., with starting the work for lift canal for irrigation to the demanding villages.
On the other side the Meena farmers of Command area are also on agitation in demand to provide them irrigation water.
The Govt of Rajasthan has not solved the crisis yet on 20th day of agitation

Fewer Conflicts between Meena and Gurjers
There is possibility that the conflicts between to brotherly castes has reduced, The Meenas and Gurjers are living together since centuries in Rajasthan, as a good neighbors.
The houses and fields are along with each other with common culture and livelihood. But since last one year the poisonous statements of political leaders caused these conflicts. Now it appears that The Chief minister of Rajasthan Madam Vasundhara Raje, with her political intelligence has reached on conclusion, and in the root of conflict hence prevented the BJP leaders of both communities to stating enmity statements.
The chief minister of Govt of Rajasthan probably controlled the BJP leaders of Meena and Gurjar community hence there are no Political backfiring. The political leaders of both Communities are silent and not participating in any Rallies hence various rallies organized by both communities were without presence of BJP Political leaders and enmity poisonous statements.
The leadership which was headed by Dr. Kirorilal Meena The BJP Minister Now taken over by Central Forest state minister of Congress, and no BJP MLA or minister taking interest in this issue.the agitation of Janjati Arkshan Bachao Sangharsh Samiti against Gurjar reservation is now not so violent.
May god bless the piece of Rajasthan and nation ,The Rajasthan Govt has Already Decided to sent the decision of Chopra committee whatever report as it is, to the center

The Chopara committee report will be in favor of gurjar community.
According to dainik Bhasker,and Dainik navjyoti news ,13 December Col. Bainsala told about speculation of Gurjar reservation To ST status.He told that he has firm believe in Vasundhara Govt. and sure that we will get the positive report.Col.bainsala was speaking to media persons, he stated that the ST status reservation is not a land of particular community to has possession on such, it is basic fundamental right to those citizen of India whoever qualify criteria(fulfills ST Eligibility) )as per constitution.The chopra committee will hand over the report to Govt on 15 December without delay.

Justice CHOPRA Committee will submit the report today
Jaipur 14 December ,Dainik Navjyoti news,The report about eligibility of Gurjars to the ST status will be submitted on 15 Dec(today).The Committee president Justice Jasraj Chopra (retd High Court Judge& Chief of Committee) will hand over the report to the CM of Rajasthan today personally.
The chopra committee has prepared the report ,according to present position of Gurjars about economic social and other fields in state.The report constitutes about 150 pages which have mentioned the points in favor and against the eligibility of Gurjars.
The report has been prepared in 5 months, after the agitation in May according to Compromise was held between gurjar Leaders with Col Bainsala and CM of Rajasthan.
Col Bainsla Repeated his faith in Govt, about report in favor on gurjars, And said if anyway we deceived then we will not sit silent.

Justice Chopra will Hand over the Report on 17 December
Due to no availability of CM of Rajasthan Mrs. Vasundhara Raje the report about gurjar community’s eligibility to ST status could not be handed over. The committee president was invited to hand over the report at 5.00PM on 15 December. And after long waiting till late night ,he was told to hand over the report on 17 december 11.00 AM.
The cheifminister was attending the confrence of nalcon in Balotara Jodhpur she wasnt availible in Jaipur .
When justice chopra asked that he may hand over the report to D.C.savant the Cheif secretory of state also, the cheif secretory told that report must be handed over to madam chief minister only. he told that report will be accepted on 17 December by CM.
But this is the guess (presumption) that to take the preventive measure for resulting unwanted effects of the report, the delay was necessary. as the BJP food minister Dr.Kirorilal meena threatened the Govt to resign from ministry ,When the president of BJP party Mr Ramdas agrawal called him to party office and held discussion with him ,then he refused about his previous statement of resignation from minister to the media persons.
The preventive measures are being taken by Govt to prevent unexpected explosion ,because one from both of the affected community may react unpredictably on finding of unfavorable report.
Although the Committee is the personnel inquiry of Rajasthan Govt in this matter, it is not the final report, the final report should be granted the permission from central ST/SC commission, hence the Meena community is making pressure for dissolution of committee, since the beginning of the committee , on ground the of inauthenticity of committee.
Now the doubts have appeared on motive of Govt from Gurjar community also ,and the gurjar MLA Atarsingh Bhadana said whether this report is in favor of gurjers or not we wants supportive letter from the Govt ,he told to the media persons that Gurjar community is organizing GURJAR SAMMELAN in Adibadri place of Bharatpur on 17 December on the day of declaration of report, and on unfavorable report future strategy of the AGITATION will we decided, the Colonel Bainsala has already declared Chakka Jam(road block)in eastern Rajasthan on failing of Govt to send the Letter.

Political pressure over Government of Rajasthan
The Chopra committee will provide the report today(17 December 2007)at 11.00AM,to The CM.
Gurjar leader Col. Kirorisingh Bainsala made warning to Meenas to be remain in limit, He said that to remove or add in the list of ST is the constitututional procedure, rather then feudalism (Jaageer) of a caste. The meena caste is taking improper privilege, the statements about inclusion of gurjers in ST status are low mentality, and Gurjars will not tolerate it.
The Gurjar leader Col. Baisala had made a appeal to different caste communities and political parties to help in the justified demand of gurjers.
The other gurjar leader Mr Prahalad Gunjal MLA and Mr Atarsingh Bhadana MLA said that either letter or govt should move, and if letter not moved the indefinite Mahapadav will be started in Jaipur from 21 of December,MLA Gunjal added on the existence of Chopra committee that this committee does not have any constitutional rights and the govt is making fool the gurjars .
In the GURJAR MAHASABHA meeting held in Delhi on 16 December ,the committee taken the decision to boycott BJP in all India if the letter not sent to the center ,The meeting to boycott the party ,will be held on 30th December 17, 2007 in Indore (M.P.)
The committee also made statement, if Congress is not going to help gurjers they will boycott congress party also.
On other side the Meena community is also making heavy pressure on Govt ,three MLA and one minister( Dr kirorilal meena’s wife provided the letter of resignation to Samiti ,rather then himself) provided resignation letter to Arakshan bachao Sangharsh Samiti and many sarpancha’s are also planning for that on today(17 Dec)

Gurjar Meena reservation issue news 18December
The Chopra committee handed over the report on 17 December, 2007 to Chief Minister of Rajasthan Mrs. Vasundhara Raje, about eligibility of Gurjers to ST status.
The committee was constituted in June 2007; Justice Jasraj chopra retired high court judge as a chief and two members Mr. Yogesh Atal Professor of anthropology and Mr. T.Shreenivashan I.A.S.
Madam Vasundhara Raje (CM) provided Thanks to Committee on completion of report on time She told that this report will be helpful to Govt.
The report constitutes 294 total pages, In 192 pages the committee has written the recommendations and in102 pages are written with Documents and annexure .the committee visited 147 villages, to deep study of the meena and gurjers, way of living and economic condition, for preparation of the report.
The BJP party meeting was held on 17 December, 2007 on the issue for discussion, and the anxiety on the report was clear when a minister said in the meeting, that it will be difficult to Govt and party to enter in the villages if the conflict not solved, this will be dangerous to all parties.
According to Party meeting the Govt wants to satisfy both the groups, the Govt wants mid way solution.
What may be in report?
1. The gurjers of Jaipur, Udaipur, and Rajsamand District may be considered extreme backward.
2. In some areas the extreme backwardness of gurjers may be recommended to bring them in main stream.
3. The recommendation for the gurjers may be done to improve education and employment.
What options for Govt?
The Govt may send the report to Advocate General to know the legal advice.
The Govt may provide Special package to provide employment and education, out of ST status (as a medium solution)
Other activity
The Gurjar Sammelan approx gathering of 10,000 at Adibadri Bharatpur was held The Gurjar leaders Mr. Atarsingh Bhadana and Prahalad Gunjal was the main speakers among the various Gurjar leaders.Mr gunjal said that the gurjers are in agitation since six months, now we are on the stage from where Back step is not possible, if letter not sent change the govt.and provide the vote to the party who are in favor of gurjar reservation.
The sammelan unanimously taken a decision to held Mahapardav in Jaipur on 21 Of December, The Govt if try to stop the third agitation of 21 December 2007 then the fight will be decisive. if the letter not sent to center stating ST status to gurjers.
The gurjar leaders of Col.bainsala group are organizing meeting in Tirthraj Pushkar Ajmer on 20 December.
The Meena community on other side also making heavy pressure on Govt,
The 31 MLA Including two ministers threatened the Govt if letter sent supporting to gurjers, they will resign from Bjp.
Today the RAS Officer Vishram Meena Additional DM, Sawai Madhopur has been relieved from his post to Jaipur (A.P.O.), on account of report of divisional commissioner for delivering his speech in meena communities meeting on Sunday.
