500 Crore rupees special package for Gurjars living in 13 Tehseel’s of Rajasthan
Jaipur 15 February,the high-powered committee led by Ramdas Agrawal,for gurjars has decided to provide,500 Crore rupees special package for Gurjars living in 13 Tehseels of Rajasthan.The member of committee Dr Digamber Singh told that there are important suggestions to provide this special package, there will be a final meeting on 19 february about implementation of this package. The initial package may be of about 500 crore rupees .The suggestions from department of higher education, technical education and medical education had received by committee and the suggestions from dairy and animal husbandry department are awaited.
The package will provide technical education and will open ITI collages in remote gurjar areas, and will be able to provide employment to youths
The thirteen Tehseels (Taluka) includes Khandar,Sawaimadhopur ,Aklera ,Khanpur Thanagaji, Alwar, Bansur,Rajgarh, Sapotara, Nadoti ,Saipau, Bari
For this The state cabinet of Rajasthan announced the setting up of a four- member committee to prepare a special pakcage for Gurjars based on the Chopra committee committee's report in December 2007.
The decision for high-powered committee was taken at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, in December 2007 and announced the setting up of a high-powered committee led by Ramdas Agrawal, National BJP Treasurer and Rajya Sabha MP, to prepare a special package for Gurjars based on the Chopra Committee report. The committee was headed by BJP Treasurer Ramdas Agarwal and has three ministers G S Tiwari (Education), Digamber Singh (Health) and Madan Dilawar (Social Justice and Empowerment). For this purpose,Chopra committee said that the government should benevolently allocate sizeable funds for a reasonable period of time by reprioritizing its developmental activities, according to the report.
Emphasis will have to be paid on building roads to link the communities living in underdeveloped and remote areas with the mainstream, motivating the children of these families to get educated and improving health and hygiene of their members through provisions of drinking water, immunization against major illness and better care of children and of the aged, it concluded
The Chopra committee report said development of remote and inaccessible areas where Gurjars live should not wait for the outcome of a classificatory exercise.

Mayawati bats for ST status to Gurjars With an eye on elections in Rajasthan, BSP chief Mayawati on Sunday said her party favours ST status for Gurjars but without disturbing the share of other castes. Gurjars should separately be categorised and a percentage be fixed for them, and they be given ST status, the Uttar Pradesh chief minister told a party rally at Vidhyadhar Nagar stadium in Jaipur. The ST quota should be raised so that no other castes are hurt including Meenas, she said. Gurjars have been agitating for over an year but the Vasundhara Raje government has failed to find a solution. The Meenas have also gone against the Gurjars community, she said, adding, "it is their genuine demand and the state should put up this before the Centre". Blaming both Congress and BJP for trying to "abolish quota system", Mayawati said she would provide quota to all SC, ST, OBC and economically poor among upper castes in private sector if BSP is voted to power at the Centre in the next general elections. "I have provided quota in private sectors in Uttar Pradesh and the results are very encouraging," she said. She said BSP would adopt a Uttar Pradesh pattern of social engineering by taking people of all upper castes including Brahmins, Jat and Gurjars, adding only social- brotherhood can change the scene of politics and make parties accountable in future. Hi brothers,
First of all i would like to request all Gujjar brothers that we should create unity among ourselves instead of making our andolan a political issue. we should focus on the target what we want to achieve.
I am assuming that peoples are coming for andolan in different groups.
Colonel Bainsla is a very great & experienced person we all should follow his leadership and to go with him.
Secondly I want to know that so many arakshan riots happens earlier and the violation of rules, and the loss to government properties had also occurred, but no case were filed against the peoples. why the cases are filed against Gujjars, this really hearts
again i want to request you all that first resolve all the teams into one & then try as a unit.

The Gurjars support to which political party?
Is to be decided in Mahaparav of March10, 2008 in Jaipur.
News Jaipur, The Sanyukt Gurjar Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti’s Coordinator Prahalad gunjal and Atarsingh Bhadana Proposed Mahaparav (Sieze) in Jaipur, which is being organized on 10th march 2008. They were speaking to news conference in Jaipur on Friday 29 march 2008.
Mr gunjal told to the news agencies that the Samiti has produced written affidavit to the home minister and District collector about the permission to the place of Mahaparav one month back.
The places for Mahaparav were demanded from government are Vidyadhar stadium and Amrudon ka bag.
But till date the government had not decided about the permission to the place of Mahaparav, now it is on the part of government to declare place within two days otherwise the government will be responsible for all ill effects in the state.
The gurjar leader declared that, if permission to BSP party Rally and Jat rally may be declared then why not for us?
On 2nd March, 2008 the gurjar Mahapanchayat which is being organized in Khedali village near Hindaun city, the gurjars will decide the next strategy if the permission to Mahaparav is not granted
The decision about support to the political party to whom Gurjars will Vote in next election is to be taken in this Mahaparav.The party who will promise to Gurjars about sending the supporting letter to the center, for the ST status to Gurjars, in case of forming the Government, the gurjars will support to that Political party.

Hindon city (Khedali) March 2, 2008.The Gurjjar rastriya ekata Mahapanchayat (Gurjar national unity) was organized make Gurjar leaders united and to decide about Mahaparav in jaipur was held in vilage Khedali (Hindon city Rajasthan),where all the gurjar leaders became united (after a split in gurjar leaders in octover 2007) and came on single conclusion of 10th March 2008 mahaparav in Jaipur.
The Gurjar leaders Col.Bainsala, Prahalad Gunjal Kartarsingh Bhadana ,Atarsingh Bhadana,Member of parliament and Jat leader Visvendra singh and many other leaders were on same stage united and declared unanimously to hold the 10th march Mahaparav in Jaipur.The leaders declared that they will hold the Mahaparav till the achievement of ST status to Gurjars.
Col bainsala said to boycott B.J.P. and Chief minister.
Pralad gunjar MLA said that if the Mahaparav if extended the message to national and state level gurjars will not be good .

The Jat leader MP visvendra singh delivered his speech in a interesting way that if Gurjars are united then the Jat samaj is with the gurjars not only with Note vote but also with sota(money,vote and power of lathi)

The Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) today formally announced its support to agitating Gurjars
The Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP) today formally announced its support to agitating Gurjars demanding ST status and in return succeeded in winning support for election from Gujjar Reservation Joint Action Committee(Gunjal-Bhadana faction).
Senior BSP leader and Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister Laxmi Narain Chaudhary formally announced his party's support to Gujjars at the congregation held by the Action Committee at the Vidhyadhar Nagar Stadium here.
In response to Mr Chaudhary's announcement, committee Convenor expelled BJP MLA Prahlad Gunjal reiterated that the community will vote and support the party which supported their demand for ST reservation.he said that in rajasthan congress party and BJP did not helped gurjars on their issue , the BSP is the only political party which is with gurjars and we assures that the gurjars by their support will make the BSP to win about 60 seats in next elections of legislative assembly and for this we will go to each village of gurjars to defeat BJP and congress.He said that the Party supremo had announced support to gurjars and now this is the first time that three ministers from BSP are In gurjar mahapanchayat and announced their formal support
He also clarified that Gurjars would boycott both the BJP and the Congress in the election and would work to defeat them.
Three Uttar Pradesh Ministers, including Mr Chaudhary and BSP General Secretary and Rajasthan unit Incharge Dharmvir Singh Ashok, participated in the congregation.
Party Supremo and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati had already made the party stand clear over the issue at a BSP rally held at the same venue last month, Mr Dharmvir told UNI.
However, it was only today that a formal declaration was made at a Gujjar community platform.
The three-member Uttar Pradesh ministerial team and state BSP leaders participated in the ''mahapanchayat'' on invitation from the organisers of Gujjar Action Committee.
The Gujjar Reservation Joint Action Committee (Gunjal-Bhadana) was scheduled to hold an indefinite dharna ''Mahapadhav'' here from today to press for the community's demand for ST status but later their was a change in the programme and the Mahapadhav was converted into a ''mahapanchayat'' (congregation).
The change was made in view of assurance by the state government for withdrawal of cases against Gujjar activists, suspended BJP MLA and commitee leader Attar Singh Bhadana said.

aaj kaal biradri me sabse zyada is baat ki charcha chal rahi hai ki Avtaar Bhadana M.P faridabad ne Sachin Pilot ko mantri nahi ban ne diya Kya Avtaar ye biradri ke liye sahi kaam kar raha hai.Avtaar ko politics me lane wala sachin ka father Rajesh pilot hi tha to phir Avtaar aur Kartaar dono bhai sachin ke peeche kyon pade hai.Kabhi to Kartar sachin ke against election ladta hai aur kabhi Avtaar usko mantri nahi ban ne deta.Haryana me 90 seat me se 7 gujjar MLA hai aur senior hone ke adhar par Mahendra pratap bhadana ka mantri ban na tai ho gaya tha lekin Avtaar ne uska bhi patta saaf karva diya.Kya Biradri ke bhaiyon aap log mujhe ye batane ka kaasht karenge ki aur kab tak hum ek dusre ka aise hi bhala karte rahenge

Hi Gurjar guys,
the result of strike for reservation is very painful, government is handling the strike in wrong way. I ahve read the news on today that 17+21=38 jurjar were killed in two days.,
I am asking to government Is this is the right way to handle ?? perhaps not.
Government is not looking for good & quit solution he is forgetting his promise.
If any person oppose the strike go to in Rajisthan and see the situation & living standard , afterthat he is free to decide .
COME IN ONE WAY TO TAKE OUR RIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whatever u guys might say..i think only gujjars from rajasthan need the st status..gujjars in up and delhi are mostly well-off...infact i think all economically weak people should get some reservation, irrespective of their community...

Dear Gurjar friends,
As you all aware of the agitation of our community for ST reservation. The Death of 50 Gurjar protester & injured around 100 brothers in police firing has made to much agitated.Gurjars are struggle with Desi Components i.e. Lathi, Danda but Rajasthan Government is playing fake police cases against our Gurjar Brothers . I feel that the persons who have been killed by police were our real brothers Rajasthan Chief Minister (Vasundra Rajee) used power on the wrong way to use police’s cruel authority against Gurjars.
Now the time has come when we need to make support for our Rajasthani brother. We should repeat our chapter again as we done last year (May 2007).
You all are very well aware we have lack of Numbers of our Leaders .who can fight for gurjars as chief. So I humble request of our youth please come & take initiative for agitation of our community for ST reservation.
So please unite yourself . If you are agitated and angry and want to do something for the community then call and join meetings under your youth & supporting leaders and take action against Rajasthan Government. We should protest in whole the country.
