Rajasthan to withdraw cases against Gurjars

Jaipur, Nov 10 (IANS) The Rajasthan government has decided to withdraw all cases filed against Gujjars during their agitation in May-June demanding tribal status.
'The government announced the step at a meeting held here Friday between senior Gujjar leaders and government representatives,' Manju Gujjar, a Gujjar leader told IANS here Saturday.
She said over 42 different cases were pending against 260 people in various parts of the state.
Most of them were registered in Dausa, Karauli and Sawai Madhopur districts where the agitation had turned violent.
'This was one of our demands when we courted arrest Oct 2. We are happy the government has accepted it,' Manju Gujjar said.
According to official sources, the government has also agreed to provide employment to one of the family members of those killed during the agitation and to provide suitable compensation to those injured.
Gujjars presently belong to the other backward classes (OBC) and held protests all over state from May 29 to June 4 demanding their inclusion in the scheduled tribe category that would give them better employment and educational opportunities.
Normal life was paralysed and at least 26 people were killed in the violence. Over 65,000 Gujjars had courted arrest Oct 2 in support of their demand.

As per I know , Col Baisala in Gurjar Swabhiman Rally gave the time up to 15-12-07 , to Rajasthan Govenment. as per the local Newspaper

Its good to read the great poetry. Inspired. Do you think will it work for us to give more and more time. I think we should start a new chapter with a fresh strength. Anyhow its good to know about effected family compansation from the Raje Govt atlist they are affraiden of us.

Jisme likha hai ki rajsthan main kuch prajatiya hain jo deh vyapar ko apna dhanda manti hai, In main nut, Gurjar, Banjare aadi shamil hai. Inse se Bat karne se pata laga hai ki un ke yahaan prachin kaal se yeh dhanda hota raha hai. This statement was given by Jaipur's Crime Branch IG T.L. Meena. Is it because that IG is a Meena and he got all the rights to comments on Gurjars. Its a shame for us if we are not going to raise a voice against it. WE ARE GURJARS AND LETS PROVE TO MEENA AND OTHERS. I would like to know how an IG can make this kind of statement about Gurjars and also about our History. Wat he knows about our History. I think a Gurjar can only tell the great gatha of the Veer Gurjars. I want a file a PIL against Graha Shobha and others for publishing this in the magazine.

we should not be highlight This type of matters in newspapers unnescessorly,because rather than taking benifit raising these type of issues, evryone studieng the issue may doubt on news. although it is 100% false.
The Court case is right type of action as Mr Vikas and Abhi are planing.
(Hamen is prakar ke mudde ko anavasyak tool dekar community ko sandeh ke ghere main nahin lana chahiye,
about in 1994 (may be some year + or - I do not remember exactly)The india today Magzine published a abusing comment for sindhi samaj. on offending in the newspapers the Comment
"Who is more dangerous between snake and sindhi and whom you will kill first ? the answer by writer was sindhi as more dangerous".
Above news "Comment about Sindhi samaj given by a notorious writer" When highlighted in news paper everyone doubted on dangerousness of sindhi samaj. althouth it was100 %false Sidhi samaj is piece loving society of our country.
Later on By court case both editor and Magazine was held liable and both Apologized for Their act.

My Gurjars,
I m 100% agreee frm Doctor (Big B), Vikash bhai nd Abhi bhai. The Cout case is the right choice and only choice in community community favour. We all should come on this one point and should take action togather. Me and my group with you for anykind of assistance for this action. We should take this action immidiately. Pl update me on this matter i.e what action you have taken and what you r going to take if you have not taken any action i can consult with legal personals. Do tell me where you are planning to register this case....
