This is to introduce ANJUMAN-E-GUJJRAN Faisalabad. CH. AKBAR ALI is the President, CH. MUHAMMAD ASHRAF the General Secretary and I (AZEEM QAMAR) am its the Secretary Information. It is worth to mention that we are working for the welfare of Gujjar Community in District Faisalabad from last Two Years.
CH. AKBAR ALI President of Anjuman-E-Gujjran District Faisalabad has kindly announced awarding of the following scholarships of Rs. 25,00,000/- for Gujjar Community for the year 2009-2010.
1. Ch. Rehmat Ali Memorial 15 Scholarships for Medical and Engineering students of all Universities and Colleges in Pakistan.
2. Maj. Tufail Muhammad Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) Memorial 150 Scholarships for 9th Class to Ph.D students belonging to Faisalabad District.
3. Ch. Muhammad Iqbal Kataria Memorial 10 Talent Scholarships for students who wish to appear in CSS and PCS examinations.

Gujjar Dignitarities of Pakistan
1. Ch. Rehmat Ali invented the name for the Muslim Majority area of the western part of India. He was founder of Pakistan National Movement in Great Britain. His pamphlet "Now or Never" to the Muslim Leaders the participants of round table comference in 1933 AD at London is historical document. Many books about his work have been written by the intellectuals of high repute.
2. Mian Muhammad Baksh considered to be one of the best Punjabi Poet. Author of Saif-ul-Maluk
3. Major Tufail Muhammad (shaheed) was granted the highest Military Award of Pakistan NISHAN-E-HAIDER.
4. fAZAL Ilahi Chaudhary former President of pakistan 1973 AD to 1978 AD, remained Speaker of National Assembly.
5. Ch. Ameer Hussain Khatana (Sialkot) former speaker of National Assembly 2002 AD to 2008 AD.
Five times elected MNA (1985, 1988, 1990, 1997 and 2002). In 1990-1991 Federal Minister of Law, Justice Parliamentary Affairs. 1991-1993 Federal Minister of Parliamentary and Youth Affairs

6. Sardar-e-Qaum Ch. Muhammad Iqbal of Chalianwala Member Majlis-e-Shoora 1981 AD MNA 1985 AD, given title Sardar-e-Qaum (Chief of Gujjars) in 1985 at Faisalabad. He has two sons
1. Ch. Jafar Iqbal - He has been MPA and Minister in Punjab Province twice and Deputy Speaker National Assembly of Pakistan 1997 AD.
2. Ch. Nasir Iqbal Ex-MNA and Parliamentary Secretary for Railways
Ch. Muhammad Ashraf brother of Ch. Muhammad Iqbal was a reputed man in Sindh from where he was elected Senator in 1973 AD. His son Ch. Zaka Ashraf Ex-Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh in these days he is chairman ZTBL Pakistan.
Ch. Ishrat Ashraf (daughter of Ch. Muhammad Ashraf and wife of Ch. Jafar Iqbal). is president of PMLN Women Wing Elected Member of National Assembly on lady seat 2008 AD. Ex-Advisor to Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Zaib Jafar (daughter of Ch. Jafar Iqbal & Ishrat Ashraf) is elected MPA Punjab and Advisor to Chief Minister of Punjab
Ch. Zahid Hameed S/O Ch. Abdul Hameed (brother Ch. Muhammad Iqbal) Member Majlis-e-Shoora 1981. His daughter Maiza Hameed his elected MPA Punjab (PMLN) 2008 AD
Dr. Safadar Mehmood (Son of Sister Ch. Muhammad Iqbal) former Federal Secretary Education. He is prototype on Pakistan history.
