He is Awan .In pakistan which has islam as state religion claiming a lineage which is arab instead of indian makes a clan of superior social standing .IN ACTUALITY Awan+rana=Awana,
out of many Awana sub clans ,some have recevied matriarchal lineages connecting to Imam Ali from Qutb Shah family while they were already Raghuvanshi themselves like rest of gurjar clans which are in India .Scenerio is similar to rajputs in India i.e. rajputs fabricate history while pakistani Awan hide a part of it

He is from Arain community commonly known as Rain klike Saini caste. Any Arain forum can tell you about it.
