Gujjars from Khandesh - Maharashtra

Hi all !

I belong to dode Gujjar community (Chavhan) from Khandesh Maharshtra. I am working with a reputed IT firm in Mumbai, and will like to know of Gujjars community organisations in and around Mumbai.
I feel it is extremely important that we the gujjar community across different regions in India, share our history, culture and customs in a different blog. That way we will be more able to know and connect to each other. Also it is highly possible that the communities that might be seperated geographically by distance might be following same customs and rules and might have same roots.

May be I can start with the details on our community in Khandesh area in Maharashtra. Just wanna know the views and thoughts of other brothers on this.
