Higher Education Improves Quality of Life Of Individual And Society . We should have examine our society retrospectively ,Once we were royal community today we are most backward Why ? The answer is lack of education especially higher education; hence we are lagging behind other communities. To improve the status of community and individual, we should plan for creation of higher educated persons, by opening higher education institutes. The progress of any country or society depends on education level; Apart from Government the NGOs should take part for this. According to the study of U.S. College Board.com observed higher education Benefits are following The typical college graduate who enrolls at age 18 earns enough in the first 11 years to compensate for taking time out of the labor force and borrowing to pay the full tuition at a public four-year college, the study shows. In addition to higher personal earnings to the individual, the study also reports that the College graduates are also more likely than others to engage in behaviors that improve their health. Additionally, society reaps significant rewards when a higher percentage of its residents have postsecondary education, the study shows. Higher rates of volunteering, voting and donating blood correspond to higher levels of education as do lower unemployment and poverty rates. Similarly, socially valuable behaviors, such as tolerance for the opinions of others, seem to increase with education. A more educated workforce also would lead to higher wages for all. “[This study illustrates] the role of higher education in creating opportunities for students and in strengthening our country as a whole.” The gurjar community should come forward to improve the higher education level of our society. I want to discuss all intellectuals of our community that why not we should plan to open a university/Institute to create post graduate professionals of different branch; the institute should provide education for various competitive examinations for higher education ,From which 50% seats on minimum affordable cost, to support the intelligent but economical weak students and remaning50%Seats should be charged sufficient capitation fees (from capable and NRI students )to run the institute. To execute this plan the youths should come forward, there are lot of millionaires in our community if they are asked to provide economic support for this plan they will participate sure. The sufficient capitation fee charged from capable and NRI students may be sufficient to run the institute, The institute may be opened 1st at central level, later on success of central level institute we should move to state level and then district level . This plan may create hundreds of professional each year and may boost the community progress, and we may again achieve to be a royal community

To start ‘Gurjar education Board’ for employment and education Dear members In reality, our rural Gurjar brothers, village life is also synonymous with poor housing, few job opportunities, no roads, electricity, water supply and, poor education, medical, transport services. A major objective for community development is not less then retention of services in these areas this may not be achieved in few years The progress of community may be achieved if we are desiring for that for example if somebody is hungry he will start search of food soon he will be able to achieve it. This applicable for development of any community, as it feels lagging behind (backwardness) from other communities due to lack of employment and education, it will create appetite to be developed. The total picture of demand, to be developed in our country among various castes (gurjers rajputs, Brahmins, economical ground, opposition by affected castes i.e. meenas, upper castes) is due to feeling of development appetite. If appetite (hunger) is felt, it will make to be satisfied by any of the mode. At present everybody is demanding it from Govt. in democracy it is a long battle. But this is responsibility of every citizen of India as well Govt to help in struggle of development of this lag behind sections.Every community has poor as well as rich section this applies to Gurjar community also . The differences of money distribution between rich and poor has evoked revolutions since human life and disturbed peace of humanity for example this is the No-employed and no-educated section which is mostly involved in lowlessness, crimes like theft, robbery, smuggling, prostitution .Which is not good for any society or country one should try to overcome it removing the root causes. Because nobody wants to die without food and this is responsibility of capable to maintain harmony in between them. The root causes of this appear to be deficiency of education and employment. Studying as ‘described below’ models following conclusion may be made, Gurjar community should form a central level, state level, and district level Gurjar education Board that will plan to collect donation money from community members to start Gurjar education Board the board will start six months course of teaching and community oriented management short cources, for 10th 12th graduate, postgraduate, STC, B.ed, or M.ed. Unemployed Students. And send them to teach in gurjar villages, to provide primary, secondary level education. This will provide employment to the unemployed instantly, and fulfill our dream for rural gurjar brother’s education, with overall guidance to future development the project may be divided into three schemes . 1. Primary Education Scheme for the remote places where there are no govt schools at all, or teachers of Govt School not opening the schools regularly. The community teacher will start a primary or middle school and will provide English, maths, and science enforcement to the students with the support of tuition. He will try to manage good quality education for the rural students; He may demand for another staff according to requirement. A teacher who will create more then half of students as above 60% minimum marks will get promotion or may be awarded with extra salary benefits. This level of school should be funded by community from local level and from central level Gurjar education board, the building at that level mostly provided by villagers if village is too poor then the district committee may help for requirements 2. The secondary and higher secondary scheme is the main concern of this issue. Education project at secondary level institutions have played a significant role in providing high quality educational opportunities for both rural and urban people. Rural people have always been at a disadvantage because most secondary level institutions are based in towns or cities. Rural students must incur the cost of travel and very often the cost of living away from home to advance their educational prospects. More over there is nobody to proper guidance, to combat this we have to plan for opening hostel based residential schools. Where they can be guided properly by our professional community members and will learn to live together By help of state Gurjar education Board the basic infrastructure of this school must be good quality. The genius teachers at this level will make the difference ,because this is the level at where most of competitions take place this stage is milestone of future courses i.e. PMT, PVT, (for doctors admission test)PET,IIT(engineering admission test) ,STC(teachers education test) PNT(nursing admission test)and many others. The emphasis on English math’s science and computer courses may be provided to all students ,which will provide them confidence ,will shape there academic as well as professional career, job support (in our primary education scheme) Until they are able to get admission in entrance tests, these school should be opened at the district level ,the fund for starting such schools should be collected initially from community, later on the management of our communities genius teachers will make the institute profitable and lead to development of such school, will provide help in opening new school . The fund for opening new school may be collected from community members as you know, the donation for reservation issue collected was 5 crore rupees, which was easily collected. Taking consideration the efforts the money collected per year from national level will be sufficient for raising 20 secondary, higher secondary level schools and money collected at state and district level yearly will be sufficient to open 2000 primary schools per year. The primary level school should be free education to all beneficiaries, while the secondary, higher secondary level school should be on concessional basis to those who are needy, the quality education to our students will build us intelligent as well as guide us towards progress the fees paid will make the institution profitable to open new schools and support and a direction to march towards tertiary level education institutes 3 Tertiary level education this level of school is to be discussed later, getting proper response from community members. To think in this matter we should consider some models from our society for study purpose. There are three models in three religions, 1.Christian Missionary’s school, 2. Muslim community Madarasas and 3. Hindu community organization’s Bhartiya shiksha samity schools. All of the above are highly successful in all over the India. Among all above there is least investment initially, later on with the support of community the large caliber institutes are developed, Which creates employment for Non Bed Degree holder local resident teachers which works on less wages for community development, socioculturel activities, later on these Teachers Builds a big institutes by there hard work, and proves themselves as milestone of development, to add up local communities equilibrium to mainstream .all 3 models studied by me are given below 1. Christian Missionary’s school, 1st model I studied was Christian missionary schools Mr. Mathew Augustine is principal in of Emmanuel mission school he was teaching in missionary school in Kerla, He started primary level English medium convent school in year 1999 with small investment of 50000 rupees, with 5 persons staff which came with him from kerla on 1000 Rupees Per Months salary. He got sufficient students to teach in convent school for 5th with in three years in six rooms hired building. On success of the primary level school with the help of recognized District level missionary school he started middle school in year 2002 and took permission from Rajasthan board of secondary education for starting 10th level school in year 2006. Now there are about 400 students in secondary school, providing employment to staff of 14 persons with work of education and missionary. The institute is private, the efforts to start institute were done by Principal Mr. Mathew. He was the only graduate teacher to start the school and other teachers were about secondary level students, relatives or known to Mr. Mathew. But the most important role of missionary can not be forgotten as it provided full support to start the institute helped in getting reorganization from govt, and also taught Mr. Mathew with English medium, Which is being demanded by society, everybody wants to teach their children in English medium 2. Muslim community Madarasas Mr. Usman is social worker in Bari subdivision dhaulpur, when I asked him about management of 7 schools as Madrasa (Muslim community school) managed by him, He told me that in poor urban areas and remote villages he is running 7 schools all these schools were started 5 year back, with community support. One maulvi sahib who was student in Bihar Madarsa, sent to start Madarsa, 3 from mujaffer nagar U.P.and 3 from local area, all started 7 schools at different places in our Bari sub divisional area of Dhaulpur, according to community need. after one year when students strength was raised above, teachers were added from Govt. side according to Govt’s plan of Rajiv Gandhi pathsala (shiksha mitra yojana ,the plan is to provide one teacher for per 40 students wherever required according to community need). Above planning of local community help worked very well. This served three purposes 1. Instant availability of employment to community members who completed his school education 2. availability of teacher to remote community where no infrastructural support(road, transport ,water, electricity, communication, medical facilities and schools) although there are Govt. schools in paper but there are just a formality of work, schools are opened once or twice weekly. 3. Regularity of school working with Responsibility to all over development of children’s i.e. socioculturel, educational, brotherhood to national level community. Management; the teachers are paid sufficiently (2500to 5000) by Madarsa committee, money is collected by donations, yearly from able community members, from subdivision area, which is sufficient to pay teachers all over year, if after completion of session there is positive balance of money this is used to open new school, or in development of recourses to school for modernization i.e., building, furniture, computer, science, equipments. The planning of where to start next school and what to be taught is made by Madarsa commity. This creates Excellent, faithful .socioculturel community members who can add up for community . The availability of residence and food is made by about 7 able families of society for each day of a week ,food arrangement done by separate family ,which in turn get extra care of tuition to there children. This not only provides education and employment to the community but also national level feeling and integrity between teacher and society. This model is providing education free of cost with the help of community 3. Hindu community organization’s Bhartiya shiksha samity schools 3rd model I studied was Adarsh vidya mandir, the school of Bhartiya shiksha samiti, under guidance of RSS (rastriya svayamsevak sangh) which are started according to need and central planning, to educate the children’s according to Hindu values and culture. In this model I found that school is opened at needy areas the teachers who wants to serve are provided training of socioculturel values of Hindu Thought, and they are made to think for community .teaching Aryan history and glorious past of Nalanda and Taxila ancient universities they are made to feel them as a direction provider to society and as a Guru they are considered as superior to all (guru govind dou khade kake lagun pain ,balihari guru apne govind diyo batai)the bhartiya shiksha samity provides Basic infrastructure of building and Govt recognization for school and the appointments to school teachers after training of a week .The fund is collected from fees of students .10% of such fund is taken by central committee for development and opening new schools and remaining 90%is utilized by the concerned school for salary and school development. The students taught in these schools are paying good fees for getting quality education and to get the knowledge according to Hindu Dharma Reader members please express yourself on my views and it is my personal request . May be this plan looks like MUNGERILAL KE HASEEN SAPANE But I am sure that it is right time to express myself if any suggestion please tell me this is just my feelings to be fulfilled the participation is essential, let the community members know about your ideas Thanks in advance, to all brothers for participation in discussion yours Dr Rambilas Singh Gurjar Email me on >rambilassingh@yahoo.com Mobile no 09314180633

Yesterday on Chat a friend asked me Dr Saab I do not has a good memory, I forget whatever I read, my annual exams are going to be held in month of May .I have doubt that I am suffering from loss of memory. although I am using Ginkgo the Chinese memory medicine suggested on Yahoo answers on Internet, and also has used Syrup shankhpushpi an ayurvedic medicine, but any of did not worked for me The medicines were useless. He asked me to suggest some medicine without side effect, When I asked him that dose he seen any movie recently, then he replied yes doc I have seen “RUN the movie of actor Abhishek bachchan”. When I asked that he forgotten or remember the scenes, In answer amazingly he replied “I can tell each and every thing about that movie because I liked that he liked it very much”
Memory refers to the ability of our brains to retain the things we have learned. . (Definition >memory is the mental activity of recalling information that you have learned or experienced).
Some times when we cannot think of or can not recall things which we know we have learned Memory is of two types 1. Short term memory is our ability to store about 5 to 9 items for a short time, e.g., remembering names in party for a minute while on introduction to a group. If we do not do think that somebody is not important to remember or our brain ensure that we are not likely to meet the person in future, Then our memory is unlikely to remember him no longer then the duration of the party.( we will forget him just after party) 2. Long term memory, from whom we are making introduction is useful to memory, or we are likely to meet in future (i.e. very important or useful person, or a smart or attractive girl, or a oddly, abnormally, unique feature person, Sad or happy event) the memory will register it to long term memory, Long term memory involves memories that are long lasting (enduring). In long term memory are the things we have learned and retained. The brain consolidates the thought according to usefulness (repetition the memory in form of different audio visual sensory smell or even in form of taste, i.e. all five senses). This consolidation period is thought to be between 15 minutes to an hour. Long-term memory involves the information you make an effort (conscious or unconscious try to memories) to retain, because it’s personally meaningful (useful) to you. For example if you are just reading a lesson or story for entertainment purpose then your concentration goes to theme and emotions of story rather than detail, when you starts solving the question asked in the end of lesson then you again searches the answer only and unnotices, whole story, and answer of other questions. you face difficulty in answering questions If the story was read with the purpose of preparation to your examination and if you were attentive to possibility of questions during your session of reading then you remembers answer of most of questions. Another most important thing to memory is repetition of events which lead to Long term memory, for example on remembering certain rout to go to your new office (or school) or remembering your new colleague (or classmates) initially always not easy, while on routine exposure to that rout or colleague you remembers well. You never forget your house colour of your computer, or make of your wrist watch, number of your mobile because you are regularly exposed to it.

In brain there are Mainly three areas which helps us to memories things 1.The hippocampus, a primitive structure deep in the brain, plays the single largest role in processing information as memory. This is like CPU of your computer 2.The amygdala, an almond-shaped area near the hippocampus, processes emotion and helps imprint memories that involve emotion, like anger ,sad, grief, happiness, kindnss, pity, shame, distressed, etc 3.The cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain, stores most long-term memory in different zones, depending on what kind of processing the information involves: language, sensory input, problem-solving, and so forth.Like floppy, audio CD,Vedio CD etc ACQURING OF INFORMATION New information enters your brain along pathways between neurons in the appropriate area of the brain. The key to encoding information into your memory is concentration; unless you focus on information intently, it goes “in one ear and out the other.” This is why teachers are always nagging students to pay attention!, The information received if involves all senses(audio through Ears, Visual Through eyes, sensory through touch by skin, smell through nose, taste through tongue) , it is strongest information, you are less likely to forget it for example if a child is exposed only to listening to the description of the word apple, or he has seen only the apple he will not remember it. Once he listen the word apple ,seen it by his eyes, feel it in his hands, smells by his nose and tastes it by his tongue, the strongest massage is recorded in his brain now he will less likely to forget it. For another example you remembers movie or serial well because you register it as audiovisual (ears and eyes both registers the movie in brain) rather than a listened or read only story STORAGE If you’ve concentrated well enough to encode (for registration) new information in your brain, the hippocampus sends a signal to store the information as long-term memory. THIS STORAGE IS EASIER IF IT IS RELATED TO SOMETHING YOU ALREADY KNOW OR IF IT STIMULATES YOUR EMOTIONAL RESPONCE. If you have seen a English language movie and you do not understands English language then you can not remember the story, although you have seen and listened it .The reason of this is to not understanding by you and this was not able to stimulate your emotional responce, hence it is not registered in your brain, in the form of your emotions and codes. RECALL When you need to recall information, your brain has to activate the same pattern of nerve cells it used to store. i.e. Audio visual or sensory from whatever sources you have collected information. The more frequently you need the information (REPETITION), the easier it is to retrieve it.

Techniques to improve memory? Pay attention. Concentrate yourself ,to understand the thing, relate it with the knowledge already you know , collect all possible knowledge according to your syllabus, and focus yourself to visualize the imaginary event if you are reading about it ,if any Photograph or diagramme is available or if you may create then sketch then try to correlate with it, Most people are visual learners; they learn best by reading or otherwise seeing what it is they have to know. But some are auditory learners who learn better by listening. They might benefit by recording information they need and listening to it until they remember it. This may be done by help of your classmate ask him to read one time and on another time you may read and he may listen Involve as many senses as possible. Even if you’re a visual learner, read out loud what you want to remember. If you can recite it rhythmically, even better. Try to relate information to colors, textures, smells and tastes. The physical act of rewriting information can help imprint it onto your brain. Relate information to what you already know. Connect new data to information you already remember, whether it’s new material that builds on previous knowledge or an address of someone who lives on a street where you already know someone. Organize information. Write things down in address books and date books and on calendars; take notes on more complex material and reorganize the notes into categories later. Use both words and pictures in learning information. Understand and be able to interpret complex material. For more complex material, focus on understanding basic ideas rather than memorizing isolated details. Be able to explain it to someone else in your own words. REPETITION Review what you’ve learned the same day you learn it, and review it at intervals thereafter.1day,3rd day one week, one month,Then one month before examination ,one week before examination 3day , 1day and if possible one hour before examination ,the researchers call “spaced rehearsal” is more effective than “cramming.”because whatever we learn we forgets 70% in 24 hrs,out of remained 30% we forgets 70%.in next 3 days (9%remains on 3rd day if not repeated) on next 7days we forgets 70% of this 9% means 2. Be motivated and keep a positive attitude. Tell yourself that you want to learn what you need to remember and you can learn and remember it. Telling yourself you have a bad memory actually hampers the ability of your brain to remember, while positive mental feedback sets up an expectation of success.
