Hi Bro
I am Sumit Padhan and I Complete my MCA in 2008. due to Ressison Period I chose SEO field for some period but after that I could not change my field in Development (.net or Java). I have 2yr exp in SEO and Good Knowledge in SEO But Now I want Change the Field. Coz in SEO Field There is no growth

Dear Sumit,
I am sorry that I don't have any idea of your field of SEO , .net , java etc.
But I would like to suggest you that you should post you CV on job portal such as - Naukri.com, monster.com, timesjobs.com, jobsahead.com etc.
But post only on good and well known portals, its free.
As I see your post you used please three times ? why be confident on yourself
face as much interviews as much you can, you will learn from there that what action you should take towards your career beleive on yourself
Buy two books - Salary Negociations, and How to face interview written by Jayant Neojy and Unicorn Production , I think you can buy from BIG Bazar
But regarding changing the field - I have no idea of your field.
